You are free to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for dispatch.

Please include your full name, delivery address, and order number in your request. Your cancellation is only finalized once you receive a confirmation email from our team.
Returns Policy
TC Toys does not operate on a ‘sale or return’ basis.
If you have placed an order in error, please contact us to discuss the possibility of a return. Should we agree to accept a return for non-faulty goods, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
Shortages & Damaged Goods
We take great care in preparing your toys for shipment. However, if you receive a delivery with visible damage to the outer packaging, please inform the driver immediately and ensure it is noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD). Failure to notify the driver may invalidate your claim.
